Frank Olson finally jumped through the window

I am not bothered to hide Frank Olson's identity. He was a CIA scientist. But why did he come into the town and took a room at the 10th floor in one of the numerous mysterious hotels in here just before the day he jumped out of its window is something I still don't know. Being asked by his father, Alice Olson, Frank's wife, answered "To see a psychiatrist." Psychiatrist? Here? In this Crazzy Town?
Frank Olson knew he can die any day. Frank stopped the waitress who brought his food at a Hot Shoppe in Silver Spring on the outskirts of the Capitol, where he and his wife decided to lunch on the way towards Washington, and pushed the plate away saying, "I can't eat this food, it's poisoned." Alice was shocked. When he heard that Frank went to the Crazzy Town to see a 'psychiatrist' his father didn't hide his astonishment. "Why not a closer place, like Johns Hopkins in Baltimore or Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C.?" was his words. Really. Nobody knows the real reasons why people come to this Town.
But Frank made a mistake. At the dinner table, evening before he came into the Town, he appeared pensive and oddly distracted. Being asked by his wife he said "I've made a terrible mistake. I'll talk with you about it later." "What kind of mistake?" Alice asked him. "I can't say now. It was a terrible mistake. I'll tell you about it later, but first I need to resign from my job."
I don't know the relationship between the CIA and the Mafia. I don't know whether really CIA wanted to kill Fidel Castro or not. I don't know if Frank was given LSD before death or not. I only know Frank is dead. And in this Crazzy Town, no one really bothers about the dead.
